Provides administrative and customer support for daily office operations, including scheduling moves, handling calls and emails, processing paperwork, and coordinating with operations and management. Ensures accurate records, efficient communication, and smooth workflow in a fast-paced moving company environment. Common Job Responsibilities • Customer Service: Handling inbound calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling moving appointments, and providing quotes or basic information. • Data Entry & Documentation: Managing databases, inputting move orders, tracking inventory and equipment, processing paperwork related to shipments, billing, and customer contracts. • Coordination & Scheduling: Working closely with moving crews, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure smooth scheduling and timely completion of moves. • Billing & Accounts: Assisting with invoicing, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks. • Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Supporting Operations: Assisting management and move coordinators with reporting, documentation, and communication with clients or vendors. Typical Pay Rate • Entry-level administrative assistant / clerk: $16 - $20 per hour • Experienced office coordinator / administrative specialist: $20 - $27 per hour • Office manager or senior admin roles: $28 - $35+ per hour (depending on company size and complexity)

Local Non-CDL Residential Household Goods Driver

Responsible for safely operating moving trucks and leading a crew during local residential moves. This role oversees packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household goods while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The Crew Leader directs team members on-site, communicates with customers, completes required paperwork, and represents the company professionally throughout each move. Time to time it may be asked to take overnight trips as needed by our workload Position Overview: Leads a moving crew in the packing, loading, transporting, and unloading of household goods for residential moves within the Northern Virginia area. Ensures safe and timely completion of moves while providing excellent customer service. Responsible for supervising crew members, handling customer paperwork, and coordinating with dispatch and management. Key Responsibilities: • Drive company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. • Lead and supervise moving crew during packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking processes. • Oversee proper handling and protection of customer belongings. • Manage customer paperwork, including inventories, bills of lading, and delivery receipts. • Coordinate with dispatchers, move coordinators, and customers to ensure smooth move operations. • Inspect vehicle and equipment daily to ensure proper maintenance and safety. • Train and mentor crew members to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensures proper loading, securing, and unloading of customer belongings while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies. Maintains clear communication with dispatch and customers, completes required paperwork, and delivers exceptional service on every move. Requires CDL and strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Crew Leader

Oversees packing, loading, and unloading household goods while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The Crew Leader directs team members on-site, communicates with customers, completes required paperwork, and represents the company professionally throughout each move. Responsible for packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household goods for residential customers. Ensures safe handling of furniture and belongings while protecting homes and delivering excellent customer service. Works as part of a team, follows safety procedures, and maintains professionalism throughout each move, works directly with Crew Leader. Physical labor required; training provided. Position Overview: Works alongside crew leader during local move, assists in the packing, loading, and unloading of household goods for residential moves within the Northern Virginia area, taking guidance from crew member and our senior movers. Ensures safe and timely completion of moves while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist local moving crew during packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking processes. • Oversee proper handling and protection of customer belongings. • Learn customer paperwork, including inventories, bills of lading, and delivery receipts. • Coordinate with dispatchers, move coordinators, and customers to ensure smooth move operations. • Assist in gathering and preparing moving trucks and van to ensure supplies and needs are being met • Train and mentor other crew members to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications: • Proven experience in residential moving and crew leadership preferred. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions. • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Project Manager-Commercial

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commercial relocation projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and oversees all aspects of project planning, logistics, on-site execution, vendor coordination, and post-move closeout. Success in this position is measured by delivering projects on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to client operations while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and communication.

Commercial Mover

Responsible for packing, moving, loading, transporting, and installing commercial furniture and equipment for business clients. Works closely with the Project Manager to follow project plans, meet schedules, and ensure timely and efficient completion of job assignments while maintaining safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Position Overview: Responsible for packing, moving, loading, transporting, and installing commercial furniture and equipment for business clients. Key Responsibilities: • Pack, load, transport, and unload commercial furniture and equipment safely and efficiently. • Install and set up furniture and equipment according to client specifications and project plans. • Collaborate closely with Project Manager and team members to adhere to schedules and complete assignments on time. • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols. • Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. • Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform moving and installation tasks effectively. • Report any damages, issues, or delays to the Project Manager immediately. Qualifications: • Experience in commercial moving, furniture installation, or a related field preferred. • Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding environments. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on company policy. Compensation (Northern Virginia market rates) • Entry-level Commercial Mover: $16 - $20 per hour • Experienced Commercial Mover: $21 - $26 per hour • Crew Leaders / Senior Movers: $27 - $32 per hour (may include supervisory duties)
