Kari Welz

Kari Welz brings extensive experience in residential relocation sales, marketing and relationship development to AIOM. During her tenure at Quality Services Moving from 1995 to 2011, she booked more than $1 million in moving business and implemented policies to generate sales. She built referral relationships with Long & Foster real estate professionals, staging companies and retirement communities, while developing corporate moving accounts. Since joining AIOM in 2021, Kari has helped strengthen customer engagement and lead follow-up, working closely with operations to align pricing, scheduling and customer expectations. As Residential Sales Manager, she guides the sales team in helping families plan their moves and building lasting referral partnerships.
